As their engagement photographer, my goal was to help them relax and enjoy the process. I believe the best photos come when couples are comfortable and having fun together. That’s why preparation is such a big part of my process. Before every shoot, I create a personalized vision board. This includes ideas for poses, outfits, color palettes, and location inspiration. The vision board ensures we share the same style and direction before the big day.

We also schedule a phone call to go over all the details. We discuss outfit choices, the timeline for the shoot, the types of images they love, and any special requests. This conversation helps build trust and takes away the stress of the unknown.

When the session began, I guided Addison and Dustin with a mix of simple poses and playful prompts.
